Greatest Warm Up Ever

This may be the greatest warm up routine ever, by the greatest player ever.

Not only that, but it is the semi final of a European tie and the tune he is ball juggling too is none other than the 1984 cheese ridden Euro-pop “classic” Life is Life by Opus.

So until Messi does this to Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off, this rules.

  1. I look forward to seeing you and Matthew leading this at the next training session. Get practising those hip shakes. If you want to update the music slightly, I suggest Gangnam Style.
